The logo¡¯s shape combined with "Q" shown in the circle of the emblem, which holds the meaning of the start of the 2nd World Conference on Arts Education in Seoul 2010, and the other seven circles that symbolize the initials "W, C, O, A, E" from "The 2nd World Conference on Arts Education", has the aim of guiding arts education in its pursuit of sustainability and peace.
