The International Steering Committee

• Supporting the operational preparatory actions in establishing the main conceptual framework and organizational structure of the Conference
  The Steering Committee is composed of the core members of UNESCO and the Korean government within the field of Arts&Culture.

The International Advisory Committee

• The Conference is assisted and supported by the International Advisory Committee, composed of governmental experts, researchers, academics, artists, educators, and others in the field of arts education.
  The Advisory Committee’s main function is to provide overall guidance in designing the conceptual framework and organizational structure of the Conference. Committee members were selected based on their experience and expertise within the field of arts education, with an eye towards balanced geographic and cultural representation.

RELATED ORGANIZATIONS

UNESCO

UNESCO has co-responsibility for the organization of the 2nd World Conference, coordinating with international experts and national stakeholders.

MCST

Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism will be the host organization and counterpart of UNESCO to ensure successful cooperation for the Conference.

Korea Arts&Culture Education Service(KACES), under the Culture and Arts Education Assistance Act, is entrusted with implementation of arts and culture education support projects.

KNCU
